About the role

The Pastry Supervisor will lead the production of bakery and pastry items, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer specifications. This position plays a key role in a multicultural environment, supporting the company’s mission to deliver exceptional culinary experiences across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire pastry production process, guaranteeing compliance with quality, food safety, and client requirements.
• Coordinate pastry chefs and assistants, ensuring accurate execution of recipes, portion weights, and manufacturing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, control raw‑material usage, and implement cost‑optimization measures.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and enforce hygiene standards throughout the production area.
• Participate in hiring, training, and developing the pastry team, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven workplace.

Required profile

• Formal education in pastry, gastronomy, or a related culinary field.
• Proven experience in large‑scale pastry or food production.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, food safety regulations, and production planning.
• Basic proficiency with standard computer tools for inventory and reporting.
