About the role

The company is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead the operational side of its cleaning services in Montevideo. The role involves overseeing daily service delivery, ensuring quality standards, and managing a team of cleaners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the work performed during each service assignment.
• Identify and correct operational deviations on site.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and results.
• Recognize and commend workers for effective performance.
• Assign staff to their respective service locations.
• Provide induction and training for new employees on routine tasks.
• Prepare evaluations and reports on employee performance.
• Notify HR of any serious omissions or infractions.
• Work closely with coordinators to meet service objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of proven experience supervising staff.
• Highly organized and methodical.
• Strong time‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships.
• Leadership and conflict‑mediation skills.

• Valid Category A driver’s license (mandatory).
