Supervisor de Calidad – Seguridad Alimentaria

About the role

The Quality Supervisor will report to the Head of Quality and ensure that food safety and quality standards are met throughout all production stages. The role focuses on compliance with current regulations, internal specifications, and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and verify compliance with food safety and quality requirements during production.
• Ensure adherence to applicable food legislation, internal SOPs, and customer specifications.
• Develop, review, and validate quality plans, procedures, and hazard analyses.
• Manage non‑conformities, corrective actions, and documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Food Engineering (mandatory).
• Previous experience in food‑industry quality control or supervision is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, BPM, FSSC 22000, and FSMA.

Required skills

• Proficiency with food safety standards and POES (sanitation SOPs).
• Quality management and hazard analysis expertise.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
