Structural BIM Technical Expert (Civil/Structural Engineer)

About the role

We are looking for a Structural BIM Technical Expert to join our remote LATAM team. You will work on real structural BIM projects, ensuring that models, drawings, and construction documentation are technically accurate, coordinated, and buildable.

Key responsibilities

• Review BIM deliverables and identify constructability issues.
• Support project teams with structural expertise and coordinate with engineers, contractors, BIM coordinators, project managers, and clients.
• Validate that models, drawings, and documentation meet technical standards and are buildable.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and coordination challenges.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, structural BIM, detailing, or construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Advanced Revit skills and experience reviewing structural BIM models and technical documentation.
• Upper‑intermediate English (or higher) and immediate availability.
• Own computer/laptop for remote work.
