About the role
The Store Manager will lead the Punta del Este store, driving sales, brand awareness and an elevated customer experience while managing and developing the team.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance, analyse KPIs and implement action plans with the Regional Manager.
- Guide the team in up‑selling, cross‑selling and co‑creation services to enhance the client experience.
- Build strong customer relationships, manage the Golden App database and drive omni‑channel sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper store presentation.
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate staff, ensuring compliance with brand grooming and uniform policies.
Required profile
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
- Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
