Sr. Account Manager, Commercial Fleet Sales

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will lead B2B sales of Tesla’s commercial fleet solutions across the LATAM region, focusing on corporate SME clients in Colombia and Mexico. You will own the full customer journey, from prospecting to contract fulfillment, while collaborating closely with local operations and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local sales leadership to design and execute a growth strategy for B2B fleet sales.
• Manage end‑to‑end customer relationships, ensuring contractual compliance and a seamless ownership experience.
• Conduct regular partner meetings, competitor analysis, and maintain deep product knowledge of Tesla vehicles and financing options.
• Utilize internal tools to track pipeline activities, appointments, test drives, and meeting notes.
• Drive new account creation, order solidification, and proactive outbound outreach to untapped SME prospects.
• Collaborate with inbound retail channels to maximize sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B or commercial sales experience with a record of exceeding targets.
• Self‑starter with strong time‑management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ethical, customer‑focused approach and ability to build trusted partnerships.
• Excellent oral and written communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of business‑appropriate financial options and incentives.
