Sourcing Support Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing Support Expert to drive operational and tactical sourcing initiatives within our Tail Spend area. You will collaborate with internal business partners and global sourcing teams to ensure efficient sourcing processes and high stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational and tactical sourcing initiatives for tail spend across functional areas.
• Implement and execute global sourcing strategies.
• Gather and analyze spend data to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Conduct supplier selection activities, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, RFI/RFP/RFQ development, and evaluation.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to inform decisions.
• Manage key supplier relationships to realize value.
• Facilitate sourcing and contracting steps, ensuring proper documentation until contract signature.
• Execute all activities required to close sourcing projects.
• Provide professional and onboarding support to team members and new joiners.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for assigned categories and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• College degree, preferably in Finance, Administration, Engineering, or International Trade.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement or related sourcing functions within a professional, complex, international environment.
