ServiceNow Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our global engineering team. You will shape the platform strategy, drive standards, and accelerate business velocity while optimizing IT service delivery, change, and incident management.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and script the ServiceNow platform.
• Work across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
• Provide follow‑up support for specific customers.
• Support customization efforts for new customer prospects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
• 4+ years working with the ITSM module.
• Experience with ITAM (HAM) and ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform (configuration, administration, scripting).
• ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD modules.
• JavaScript, XML, HTML and web design practices.
• ITIL 4 Foundation.
• ServiceNow Administrator certification.
