Service Distribution Account Manager

About the role

Tesla is seeking a motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable Service Distribution Account Manager to directly collaborate with multiple 3rd Party Warehousing partners and ensure operational excellence across Latin America markets. The role is based in Montevideo, Uruguay and may involve travel between sites.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison to 3rd Party Warehouses to ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures.
• Lead part certification efforts across each Latin America market to ensure trade compliance.
• Audit 3rd Party Warehouses to verify Tesla‑mandated standards are met.
• Communicate and evaluate warehouse key performance standards (KPIs) including costs, dock‑to‑stock, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, quality, and other critical criteria for both 3rd Party Warehouses and internal Distribution Centers.
• Program‑manage and coordinate the launch of new Third‑Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses and drive cost‑reduction initiatives with partners.
• Collaborate with Tesla business partners to align on standards, operational improvement, and goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, and/or operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on impact.
• Strong communication and training skills for complex processes.
• Proven ability to present warehouse performance and status updates to executive leadership.
• Self‑motivated, open‑minded, collaborative, resourceful, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Organized self‑starter capable of managing multiple P&L entities.
