SEO Growth Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO Growth Specialist to own and grow a portfolio of 25‑40 active SEO accounts for exterior‑cleaning businesses. This is a fully remote, full‑time role that requires at least a 5‑hour daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage 25‑40 SEO accounts, driving measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and leads.
• Execute on‑page SEO tasks including title tags, heading structure, ALT text, schema markup, and internal linking.
• Implement off‑page SEO strategies such as backlink acquisition, citations, and authority building.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, diagnose issues, and apply fixes.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for local visibility.
• Create and refine content briefs, organizing content production.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can identify underperforming accounts and improve them without step‑by‑step instructions.
• Comfortable working with AI‑powered automation and not afraid to leverage it.
• Willing to grow into systems‑building and higher‑level strategy as the company scales.
• Available for at least a 5‑hour daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.
