Senior Web Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, remote Senior Web Designer to create clean, high‑performing digital experiences for our telemedicine brands. You will work closely with product, marketing and engineering teams to design marketing‑driven web pages that are visually strong, user‑friendly and optimized for conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive web pages and components using Figma.
• Translate business goals, campaign briefs and user insights into effective web experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to execute and iterate on designs.
• Create high‑fidelity mockups and ensure smooth handoff to developers.
• Continuously improve designs based on performance data, user behavior and testing insights.
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across web properties.
• Contribute to landing pages, product pages and ongoing website optimization efforts.
• Bring creative ideas and design perspective to projects, balancing speed and quality.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in web design, preferably in B2C, DTC, eCommerce or performance‑driven environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, product pages and marketing sites.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including auto‑layout, components and design systems.
• Deep understanding of conversion‑focused design principles (CRO, UX fundamentals, hierarchy, clarity).
• Experience in fast‑scaling or startup environments with ability to operate under ambiguity and take end‑to‑end ownership.
• Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing creativity or design quality.
• Strong visual taste and design instincts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• UI/UX knowledge is a plus.
