Senior React Native & Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Coderio is seeking a Senior Mobile & Full Stack Engineer with deep React Native expertise to lead the mobile experience and contribute across the full stack. You will own end‑to‑end development, architect scalable features, ensure data integrity, and deliver high‑performance user experiences in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of the React Native mobile app, overseeing architecture, performance, and code quality.
• Design, develop, and deploy features across both frontend and backend.
• Build and refine offline‑first capabilities for low‑connectivity field operations.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability and long‑term maintainability.
• Design and optimise database schemas using PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.
• Write clean, testable code and perform code reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally in an Agile environment to ship high‑impact features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• 2+ years recent experience with React Native.
• 2+ years experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Hands‑on experience with Vite, Tailwind CSS, or modern UI component libraries.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs, preferably Drizzle ORM.
• Ability to architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of web security best practices (Helmet, CORS, JWT).
• Clear communicator able to bridge technical and non‑technical teams.
• Self‑driven, adaptable, solution‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
