Senior React Engineer

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking a Senior React Engineer to join its software development team. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor position where you will write, test and ship production‑ready code while collaborating with engineers, project managers and quality specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and deliver end‑to‑end features using a trunk‑based workflow and small, frequent releases.
• Conduct thorough peer code reviews and uphold the team’s Definition of Done.
• Build and maintain unit and integration test suites as the primary quality gate.
• Solve complex technical problems across frontend, backend services and integrations with minimal supervision.
• Follow established engineering standards and SDLC policies, raising any gaps directly.
• Document decisions and share knowledge through pairing and written documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably at a staff‑level scope.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude, ability to onboard quickly and deliver high‑quality work within a short contract term.
