Senior Product Manager – Data Platforms

About the role

Arionkoder is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product side of an Enterprise Context Layer for a US‑based client. You will define what gets built, align business units on data definitions, and drive adoption of a shared data layer across AI agents, customer‑facing products and finance automations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders, translate findings into prioritized use cases and requirements.
• Identify inconsistent metrics and business terms, establish documented definitions and assign accountable owners.
• Drive adoption by ensuring data publishers own definitions and quality, and consumers use the shared layer instead of building duplicates.
• Run hypothesis‑driven validation processes, capture assumptions and deliver clear verdicts.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to shape increments, define scope and acceptance criteria.
• Challenge technical decisions from a business perspective and push back on unsuitable trade‑offs.
• Maintain cadence with the Project Manager to track decisions, risks and stakeholder commitments.
• Transfer ownership by delivering processes, documentation and an ownership model for ongoing accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with data products (analytics, data platforms, semantic layers, internal tools).
• Proven ability to align stakeholders across business areas on shared definitions and priorities.
• Evidence‑based discovery and prioritization approach.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and managing senior stakeholders.
• Track record of achieving product adoption, not just delivery.
• Experience defining, designing and delivering AI or LLM‑based products.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Technical depth to challenge data architects on definitions, modeling choices and trade‑offs.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, data catalogs or governance tooling.
