Senior Operations Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst. The role leads the design and optimization of internal workflows to improve organizational efficiency and turns complex data into actionable insights for operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyze cross-functional processes to find bottlenecks and implement streamlined solutions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational health and guide decisions.
• Use data-driven insights and advanced spreadsheet techniques to support executive-level reporting.
• Integrate automation and emerging technologies to reduce manual effort.
• Work with stakeholders across departments to align with business objectives and standards.
• Provide structure and clarity to complex projects involving multiple teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar operational role.
• Proven expertise in process mapping, data analysis and defining operational metrics.
• Experience with continuous improvement for TA Ops, Finance or Operations teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and basic SQL.
• Experience with AI and prompt engineering to drive process automation.
