Senior iOS Developer – Financial Services Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join Tata Consultancy Services and support a global financial services client. The role involves designing, building and maintaining high‑quality mobile applications while guiding junior team members and influencing technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable iOS applications using Swift, Objective‑C and modern frameworks.
• Lead development efforts, contribute to architecture and design choices, and drive technical discussions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and ensure best‑practice adherence.
• Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, Security and Design teams in an Agile environment.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services via REST APIs and JSON.
• Manage the full application lifecycle from development through App Store release and post‑production support.
• Monitor and optimise performance, scalability and reliability.
• Stay current with iOS platform updates, App Store guidelines and industry trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and mentor others.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial services domain is a plus.

Required skills
