Senior FP&A Analyst - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. In this remote contractor position you will use your expertise in financial analysis and modeling to guide AI behavior, improve its reasoning, and ensure accurate responses to complex finance questions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital‑markets topics.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and real‑world experience.
• Challenge the models with complex, edge‑case scenarios to test their limits.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that helps each new AI version become smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated solutions for correctness, performance, and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data‑analysis exercises.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working independently as an independent contractor.
