Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud Platform (Montevideo)

About the role

PwC Uruguay is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve its cloud infrastructure on Azure. You will work within a global environment, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of production platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Azure IaaS and PaaS resources across multiple subscriptions.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform for consistent provisioning.
• Manage networking components such as VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers and Private Link.
• Operate and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
• Handle tickets, incidents and service‑level agreements, producing runbooks and playbooks.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs.

Required profile

• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform and IaC practices.
• Solid understanding of networking, security and container orchestration on Azure.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
