Senior Data Scientist

About the role

Blend360 is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and production of recommendation systems and integrate LLM‑based capabilities. You will take machine‑learning solutions from experimentation through full deployment, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise recommendation models that drive personalization and measurable business impact.
• Work with large datasets using Python and SQL to engineer features, train models and evaluate performance.
• Integrate LLM services where appropriate and apply MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers and stakeholders to deliver production‑ready solutions.
• Leverage cloud tools, Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalable machine‑learning applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on recommendation systems.
• Hands‑on experience taking ML models into production and applying MLOps principles.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
