Senior Consumer Insights Manager – Americas

About the role

Appinio is seeking a Senior Consumer Insights Manager for the Americas to lead end‑to‑end market research projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to B2B clients, guiding them through methodology selection, questionnaire design, data analysis, and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design, adapt, and analyse market research studies.
• Define study parameters (methodology, target group, sample size) and create bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, MaxDiff, and conjoint.
• Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform.
• Interpret results, generate actionable recommendations, and produce in‑depth reports with charts and design.
• Present insights with a strong focus on storytelling and clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on project scoping for new customers.
• Manage projects and contribute to the strategic development of the Research Consulting team and Appinio products.
• Integrate AI across research steps in partnership with the Product team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in full‑cycle market research and consulting for B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics.
• Proven ability to design studies, write questionnaires, and work across multiple research methods.
• Experience creating client‑ready reports in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Skilled at turning data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
