Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote Work

About the role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at BairesDev, you will own the company’s analytics effort, turning business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and repeatable reports. You will partner directly with leadership, consolidate data across multiple platforms, and serve as the lead architect for a best‑in‑class BI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Turn business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and repeatable reports.
• Partner with leadership to gather requirements and deliver both recurring and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Consolidate data from multiple platforms, including external sources and APIs.
• Set and track sensor and network uptime targets, surfacing insights and areas of concern.
• Serve as lead architect and administrator for the BI platform, onboarding stakeholders to self‑service analytics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and reporting.
• Experience configuring and administering BI platforms such as Power BI, Qlik, QuickSight, or Tableau.
• Background in data lake or warehouse design for analytics.
• Experience with API‑based data integration, including Google Analytics and other external sources.
• Strong communication skills and ability to plan and execute analytics initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
