Senior Brand Manager – Inbox, Fitpoint & Pricebox

About the role

Sunfer S.A. is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of its three brands – Inbox, Fitpoint and Pricebox. The role combines brand strategy, demand planning, product portfolio management and commercial leadership to drive revenue, profitability and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Inbox, Fitpoint and Pricebox, targeting growth and new business opportunities.
• Plan brand demand by analysing historical sales, market trends, seasonality and customer behaviour.
• Manage product assortment for wholesale and retail channels, ensuring the right mix for each segment.
• Oversee the product portfolio, monitoring performance, trends and market needs.
• Set and track commercial targets and KPIs such as sales, margin, stock, turnover and profitability.
• Analyse results, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop action plans, channel strategies and client initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities for products, categories, channels and markets.
• Lead and coordinate a team, establishing objectives, delegating tasks and fostering autonomy.
• Prepare and present reports, analyses and action plans to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, brand management, trade marketing or demand planning.
• Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting sales and profitability KPIs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to delegate and develop talent.
• Proactive, autonomous, organized and decisive.
