Senior AP Analyst

About the role

Blend is seeking a Senior AP Analyst to lead end‑to‑end accounts payable operations across multiple entities. Reporting to the Associate Director of Accounting, you will manage bill processing, vendor payments, pre‑close reconciliations, and EMEA banking oversight while driving process improvement and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full AP cycle, including supervision of bill processing through Yooz, vendor follow‑ups, and timely resolution of items for domestic and international entities.
• Process local and international contractor payments and execute vendor payment runs with proper authorization.
• Perform AP pre‑close activities, such as bill amortization in NetSuite, and reconcile AP balances prior to month‑end close for all subsidiaries.
• Oversee the AP accrual process, ensuring pending bills are recorded accurately at close.
• Supervise the EMEA AP Analyst and GL Analyst, reviewing AP coding, maintaining fixed‑asset schedules, and ensuring correct capitalization.
• Handle corporate credit‑card reconciliations, expense reimbursements, and vendor‑account inquiries.
• Maintain FloQast reconciliations for AP‑related balance‑sheet accounts within the close calendar.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive AP experience, preferably in a multi‑entity or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of AP workflows, month‑end close procedures, and reconciliation best practices.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume tasks with precision and accountability.
