Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver production‑grade, agentic AI systems that power intelligent automation for a large customer base. You will work within a high‑velocity AI Practice team, reporting to the Global Head of AI Strategy, Policy, and Governance, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement orchestrated multi‑agent pipelines using LangGraph, AgentCore and related frameworks.
• Develop sophisticated prompt and tool‑augmented workflows with LangChain.
• Integrate large language models via AWS Bedrock, Anthropic APIs, and manage prompt engineering, context handling, and output validation.
• Connect AI agents to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Apache Iceberg, OpenSearch, and optionally Talend Cloud.
• Build and maintain production REST APIs using FastAPI and ensure reliable deployment on AWS services (IAM, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent patterns to govern data access for agents.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping agentic AI systems in a production environment.
• Deep expertise in Python and the modern AI engineering stack.
• Hands‑on work with LangGraph, LangChain, AgentCore or comparable multi‑agent orchestration tools.
• Experience integrating LLMs via AWS Bedrock, Anthropic or similar services.
• Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms and data‑lake technologies.
