Senior Accounting Analyst – Staff

About the role

Samsung Electronics is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join its finance team. The role involves comprehensive analysis of supplier accounts, support for month‑end closing, and ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable activities including vendor activation, invoice receipt, review, posting, and DGI portal submissions.
• Handle import/export bookings, customs payments, and broker invoice processing.
• Perform quarterly balance reconciliations and support external and internal audits.
• Assist in accounting analysis, fixed‑asset registration, accrual calculations, and preparation of internal control reports.
• Ensure timely treasury payments, record transactions accurately, and support vendor and bank account updates.
• Provide general office support for supplies, transportation, and facility management.
• Support warehouse operations for sample receipt, issue, return, and scrap management.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or accounting functions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
