About the role

Forvis Mazars is looking for a Semi Senior professional to join its Accounting & Reporting team. The role focuses on executing accounting processes, preparing financial information, and supporting client portfolios of medium complexity within a high‑excellence environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record accounting documentation, ensuring accurate posting and up‑to‑date records.
• Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and other account reconciliations.
• Generate accounting reports and conduct primary analysis to aid monthly closings.
• Prepare financial statements, annexes, and professional reports.
• Collaborate with seniors, supervisors, and managers on various accounting projects.
• Contribute to continuous‑process improvement using automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with the firm’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate of Public Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting firms or professional studios.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end closings and financial statement preparation.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with accounting systems: Memory Conty, PSIG, Nodum RRHH, GNS Personal, Signals.
