Search Specialist – SEM & Paid Media

About the role

WPP Media is looking for an analytical and results‑driven Search Specialist to join its AI‑driven media team. You will design, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google’s ecosystem, aiming to maximise ROAS, lower CPA and scale lead or sales generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop SEM strategies, conduct advanced keyword research and build well‑structured campaigns.
• Create and manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and write conversion‑focused ad copy.
• Continuously improve Quality Score, implement Smart Bidding, and run A/B tests on ads and landing pages.
• Set up conversion tracking, monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and deliver actionable performance reports.
