Scrum Master (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology services firm as a Scrum Master, working fully remotely to guide Agile teams in delivering high‑quality software solutions. You will coach, unblock, and ensure smooth project execution while building confidence with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile methodology adoption across team members.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the Product Owner with task description and estimation.
• Monitor project status using Agile metrics and generate clear reports.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team members or activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Valid US B1‑B2 visa or ESTA.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in IT companies is a plus.
