Scrum Master – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

Join BairesDev, a global technology services firm, as a remote Scrum Master. You will guide cross‑functional teams through Agile processes, ensuring successful delivery of high‑impact projects for leading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine, estimate, and prioritize backlog items.
• Monitor project health using Agile metrics and generate transparent status reports.
• Identify and remove impediments to keep the team moving forward.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid US B1‑B2 visa or ESTA.
• Experience in IT environments is desirable.
