Scrum Master – R&D (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join its Research & Development team. This fully remote role supports the delivery of innovative technology solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in preparing ART and Solution Train using Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.
• Coach teams in Lean‑Agile practices and mindsets.
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
• Encourage collaboration between teams, System and Solution Architects, and Engineering.
• Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Improve value‑stream flow using Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps principles.
• Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Proven use of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Relevant certifications are desirable.
