Sales Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Life Academy is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and improve the performance of its sales team in Uruguay. You will monitor, coach and implement new sales models so that managers and sales representatives reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the education progress of sales representatives
• Ensure correct use of the CRM system
• Conduct coaching and feedback sessions to improve quality
• Track KPIs and develop training strategies accordingly
• Implement new sales models and follow up on team performance
• Deliver live and online training when needed
• Create reports to track progress and identify challenges

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or corporate training
• Fluent Spanish (native level)
• Fluent Russian or native-level English
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive and detail-focused; able to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Experience in public speaking or team training

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial trading
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
