About the role
Colosso is seeking a high‑performing Sales Executive to drive growth in the US market. You will own the full sales cycle, focusing on outbound prospecting and closing high‑impact deals for our nearshore Salesforce development services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
- Identify and engage target companies that match our ideal customer profile using LinkedIn, email and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client pain points and present tailored, value‑driven solutions.
- Build, forecast and continuously optimise a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to shape proposals and technical solutions.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales experience in software development, IT services or tech consulting.
- Demonstrated success selling into the US market (mandatory).
- Track record of managing end‑to‑end (full‑cycle) sales processes.
- Hands‑on experience with outbound sales and cold outreach.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
- Self‑starter mindset with resilience and drive to build a territory from scratch.
