Room and Events Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead operational excellence and customer experience in our venue. The Room and Events Manager will oversee the dining room team and coordinate corporate, social and private events, ensuring high‑quality service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the room staff to maintain consistent service quality.
• Plan, organize and execute corporate, social and private events.
• Manage reservations, space availability and event logistics.
• Resolve unexpected issues autonomously and professionally.
• Maintain commercial relationships with clients, identify opportunities and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with service protocols and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, administration and logistics teams for successful event delivery.

Required profile

• University or technical training in Hospitality, Tourism or Gastronomy.
• Proven experience in event coordination.
• 2‑4 years of team leadership experience.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and professional presence.
