Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours and excursions.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text and social media.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel promotions, destination information and industry tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after each trip.
