Remote Virtual Assistant for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

We are a growing short‑term rental company looking for a proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to support daily operations. The role involves handling guest communications, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining property listings across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communication before, during, and after stays.
• Respond to inquiries and booking requests on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor activities.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and occupancy levels.
• Update and optimise property listings.
• Resolve guest issues and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Support routine property‑management tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the short‑term rental (STR) industry.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with property‑management systems (PMS).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
• Willingness to work weekends or flexible shifts when needed.
