Remote Property Manager (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager fluent in French and English to oversee our long‑term rental portfolio. This remote, full‑time position involves coordinating tenants, owners, and vendors to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple long‑term rental properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors in both French and English.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals, and terminations.
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve maintenance requests, and liaise with contractors.
• Monitor rent collection, lease compliance, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare operational and occupancy reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in long‑term or residential property management.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or Rent Manager.
