About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to provide remote client support for reservation inquiries, confirmations and ongoing service needs. The role focuses on delivering a positive and professional experience while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests promptly.
• Gather information about client preferences and research available options.
• Assist with reservations, confirmations and any required changes or special requests.
• Provide accurate information, timely updates and maintain detailed client records.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and communicate with service providers when needed.
• Uphold professional customer service standards throughout all interactions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms and conducting research.
• Reliable, professional demeanor and strong follow‑up abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations or hospitality is a plus but not required.
