About the role

We are looking for an organized Remote Booking Specialist to support our clients in researching options and coordinating reservations through online platforms. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality service and ensuring every travel detail is accurately managed.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related options using online systems.
• Assist with booking, confirming, and modifying reservations.
• Review reservation details for accuracy and provide clients with confirmations and essential information.
• Maintain organized client and reservation records.
• Follow up on outstanding details and coordinate with service providers as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and address customer requests throughout the booking process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning and using online booking platforms.
• Previous experience in booking or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
