Regional Tax Manager

About the role

Rebill, a YC‑backed payments platform operating across six Latin American markets and the United States, is looking for a Regional Tax Manager. You will own the tax function for a multi‑entity group, ensuring compliance and commercial efficiency across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate external tax advisors in each jurisdiction and translate their advice into actionable processes.
• Design, document and maintain intercompany contracts, invoicing flows and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Ensure tax filings and reporting meet the requirements of DIAN, AFIP, Receita Federal and the IRS.
• Identify tax risks and develop group‑wide solutions that support pricing, market entry and capital efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools for data analysis, scenario modelling and process automation.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in corporate tax, preferably within a multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Proven ability to work with external advisors and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of intercompany structures, transfer pricing and cross‑border settlement.
• Comfortable influencing senior leadership and presenting tax strategy to investors and auditors.

Required skills

• Knowledge of tax regulations in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay and the United States.
• Experience with transfer‑pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
• Proficiency in using AI‑enabled tools for data analysis and modelling.
