Regional Artwork Senior Coordinator (Healthcare Packaging)

About the role

A global position within the PAS (Packaging and Artwork Solutions) team of a healthcare business that develops medicines and packaging solutions for areas such as oncology, neurology and fertility. The coordinator keeps the end-to-end creation and modification of pharmaceutical printed packaging artwork on track, from initial creation and review through final approval and release of product configuration for production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork creation and modification across regions, keeping projects on schedule and within agreed timelines.
• Act as central contact for Regulatory Affairs teams, design teams and global packaging sites.
• Provide coordination support to third-party contract manufacturers when needed.
• Maintain relevant databases and ensure artwork complies with GMP, regulatory and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process coordination or project management in an international environment.
• Desirable: experience in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or FMCG, and familiarity with artwork management systems, regulatory submissions, packaging manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Required skills

• Strong digital literacy and use of IT tools, data management platforms and document management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills are an asset.
• Communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
