Real Estate Closing & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to manage real‑estate closings across government and private‑bank portfolios. You will act as the central hub for transaction data, ensuring every closing proceeds smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage real‑estate closings for government and private‑bank transactions.
• Liaise with internal teams, agents, lenders, and third‑party partners to guarantee timely and accurate closings.
• Enter and maintain transaction data in internal systems with high accuracy.
• Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports.
• Submit property inspection reports and keep documentation up to date.
• Collect, verify, and organize Cash for Keys agreements and related paperwork.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all closing requirements.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all files are current.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate closings or transaction coordination.
• Familiarity with government and private‑bank real‑estate processes (preferred).
• Strong data‑entry and reporting abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with property‑management or real‑estate software is a plus.
