Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Customer Success team and support global growth. This client‑facing role ensures project visibility, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of business value while managing expectations, risks, and priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project visibility, providing updates on progress, milestones, dependencies, risks and next steps.
• Lead client communication on project status, timelines, expectations and delivered value, facilitating progress assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to set priorities, remove blockers and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and propose action plans before they impact delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Project Management, Customer Success or hybrid client‑facing delivery roles.
• Strong ability to organize complex information and communicate clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Business‑oriented mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading client conversations around progress, expectations and delivery commitments.
