Program Manager – Mining Projects (Remote)

About the role

Tether is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead mining initiatives across Central America. This fully remote position will coordinate strategic projects from exploration through operational readiness, ensuring they align with corporate goals, regulatory standards, and community expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program management for multiple mining projects, integrating exploration, technical studies, permitting, and operations‑readiness workstreams.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource plans in line with corporate strategy.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including geologists, engineers, legal, and stakeholder‑engagement specialists.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain positive relationships with institutional partners and community groups.

Required profile

• Solid background in the mining industry with proven program‑management experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience managing projects in Central America is a strong advantage.
