Program Manager, Engineering

About the role

Integer is seeking a Program Manager to lead engineering projects across multiple sites. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer agreements and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of multiple engineering projects of varying complexity.
• Set up and maintain project data in the Oracle ERP system, providing accurate forecasts and financial tracking.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, security, and FDA regulations.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to plan, develop, and hand off product development initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor master project plans, budgets, specifications, and schedules, delivering regular status reports.
• Establish key performance indicators and serve as the primary escalation point for project issues.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for the Program Management Office.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex engineering or technical projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as FDA, QMS, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
