Product Operations Associate

About the role

The Product Operations Associate will act as a vital link between travel suppliers, connectivity providers, the reservations team, and UJV’s information systems. You will ensure that hotel and travel service data are accurately entered into the UJV database, making them ready for sale to agents and consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, verify, and manage supplier details, including hotel mark‑ups, commissions, room data and fees.
• Enter product information into the UJV database with speed and precision.
• Support sales agents by answering supplier‑related queries and resolving booking discrepancies.
• Update content such as itinerary descriptions, general information and terms & conditions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot system errors or incorrect bookings.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks to guarantee data accuracy and propose corrective actions.
• Lead special projects aimed at improving operational processes and efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel product setup, travel agency operations or inventory management.
• Degree in Tourism, Business or a related technical field is a plus.
• Highly independent, able to multitask and maintain 100 % data accuracy.

Required skills

• XML data‑feed interpretation and API troubleshooting.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Google Workspace proficiency.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre, and CRS/CMS tools.
