Product Manager

About the role

Applaudo is seeking an experienced Product Manager to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to shape product direction, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture objectives, workflows, and expected outcomes, turning them into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain accurate, traceable documentation, facilitate discussions between business and technical teams, and assess change requests for impact on scope, priorities, and delivery.
• Support product roadmap planning, prioritization, and User Acceptance Testing by validating scenarios, reviewing defects, and ensuring alignment with approved requirements.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) to enhance research, analysis, and documentation while verifying output accuracy.

Required profile

• Senior-level product management or ownership experience (5+ years), with a proven track record of making product decisions, managing priorities, and balancing business and delivery considerations.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, identify gaps, clarify ambiguous needs, and anticipate edge cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of facilitating discussions, negotiating scope changes, and aligning diverse teams.
• B2+ English proficiency.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent requirement‑tracking tools.
• Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini for research and documentation.
• Working knowledge of software development processes and ability to collaborate with developers and QA engineers.
