About the role
This senior position drives growth for Sabre’s Lodging, Ground & Sea (LGS) portfolio across North and Latin America. Reporting to the Head of Agency Demand for the Americas, the manager will shape market strategy, nurture key agency relationships, and champion adoption of Sabre’s technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture commercial relationships with travel agencies, focusing on lodging and ground transportation.
- Design regional and account‑level strategic plans using market data and analytics.
- Drive demand to exceed annual revenue and adoption targets.
- Collaborate with Sabre Agency Sales executives to create and execute sales strategies.
- Act as the customer advocate, influencing product requirements and delivery.
- Build senior‑level relationships with decision‑makers and influencers.
- Analyze travel distribution trends and emerging business models to identify risks and opportunities.
- Deliver strategic business reviews for Sabre LGS and its customers.
Required profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years leading technical sales, sales enablement, or solution consulting projects.
- Strong background in travel distribution, supplier management, or lodging revenue management.
- Proven success in a large, matrixed commercial organization.
- Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of meeting revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction goals.
Required skills
- API integration and distribution knowledge.
- Data flow analysis within travel technology ecosystems.
- Understanding of digital retail platforms for travel.
- Experience defining product requirements, back‑office setup, and reporting needs.
