About the role
Sabre is seeking a Principal Account Manager to join the LAM Airline Sales and Account Management team. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth of a key airline account.
Key responsibilities
- Align and execute sales strategy to generate new revenue, renewals and share‑shifting opportunities.
- Develop annual account plans, conduct market analysis and identify top opportunities and risks.
- Negotiate profitable contracts and ensure accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, care and consulting teams to deliver solutions and maintain long‑term commercial success.
- Maintain high‑level customer engagement, provide regular status reports and support transversal account management.
- Foster strong internal relationships across Sabre to drive global process development.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience with a degree in a related field.
- Deep understanding of the travel/hospitality market or enterprise software landscape.
- Proven track record of closing sales and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a global matrix organization.
- Strong critical‑thinking, communication and relationship‑building skills.
