Portuguese Sales Executive – Call Center

About the role

Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Sales Executive to join its RCI Uruguay call‑center team. You will help members plan their dream vacations while earning unlimited commissions in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and deliver personalized service to each client.
• Close sales using persuasive negotiation techniques.
• Manage an existing client portfolio without the need for prospecting.
• Provide exceptional support by answering questions, handling suggestions, and resolving complaints.

Required profile

• Advanced or native proficiency in Portuguese (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to results.
• Punctuality, responsibility, and availability to work in Zonamerica.
• Preferred but not required background in tourism.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, six hours per day (four days on‑site, one remote) plus two Saturdays per month, eight hours each (remote).
