About the role
We are looking for a motivated Peon to support our kitchen operations in Montevideo. The role focuses on maintaining hygiene standards and assisting with food preparation for our airline and airport catering services.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment.
- Assist in basic food preparation and regeneration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support the catering team during service periods.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting tasks.
